I’ve been exposing NomyFinance.com as a scam for months—bogus $7 billion insurance claims, the Portfolio Exit Program fraud, their fake debit card, auto-restaking fund theft, and more. Now, Nomy Finance has filed a false DMCA or trademark violation complaint filed against my server that hosts this site. This is the notice I received from my hosting provider:
This is pure retaliation. It’s not a valid copyright claim—it’s an abuse of the DMCA system designed to threaten my server’s IP with null-routing (effectively shutting it down) and force me to take down content that exposes their scam.
Here is what the scammers wrote in their fraudulent copyright claim they submitted to Cloudfare (who forwarded it to my hosting company):

- The logo they claim is trademarked or copyrighted was stolen/copied from another source. A stolen or copied logo cannot be validly copyrighted (copyright requires originality), and any trademark claim would be fraudulent if based on theft.
- All images on NomyFi.com appear to be AI-generated or are not owned by Nomy. Under current U.S. Copyright Office policy (reinforced in their 2025 reports), purely AI-generated images lack sufficient human authorship and are generally not eligible for copyright protection. They cannot legitimately claim infringement on material that isn’t copyrightable in the first place.
- The contact information on the complaint is fake, no surprise. Luigi Caruso has no online presence at all and the address DOES NOT EXIST.
The Averted Collateral Damage: Client Websites Going Dark & My Livelihood Destroyed
My server doesn’t only host this site. It powers multiple client websites—small businesses, independent creators, bloggers, professionals, and organizations that depend on it for their entire online presence. If my server company null-routes the IP because of Cryptonomy/Nomy’s bogus complaint, every one of those sites disappears overnight.
This Is Attempted Theft—Again:
NomyFinance.com has already stolen tens of thousands from me. Now they’re trying to steal my livelihood as well by attempting to wipe out the server that runs my business and supports my clients.
They want the evidence gone, critics silenced, and new victims kept in the dark. If my server goes offline, it’s proof of how far these scammers will go to protect their scam.
