We’ve already outlined why Nomy Finance, aka Cryptonomy, is a scam. Their so-called crypto debit card offering is, unsurprisingly, fraudulent as well.
There are so many red flags with this card offer. First, reputable credit or debit card issuers, like real banks or established financial institutions, always provide clear contact details, including a physical address and phone number. Nomy Finance is hiding its identity to avoid traceability because they operate a Ponzi scheme under the name Cryptonomy. Additionally, all legitimate financial companies are required to register with regulatory bodies. Nomy/Cryptonomy isn’t registered with any government agencies anywhere in the world. UK’s financial authority warns us about just that and Nomy’s Financial regulation claim has been debunked.
Nomy also has an image of a card with Mastercard style logo, but it is not labeled as a Mastercard. That’s a major red flag. If it were a genuine Mastercard, the branding would be unmistakable and verifiable through Mastercard’s official channels.

Yet another glaring warning are the overly attractive promises such as “spend without selling your crypto” and “instant rewards on your savings.” Legitimate financial products, especially those tied to established brands like Mastercard, typically provide clear terms, such as exact reward percentages, eligibility criteria, or how the crypto integration works. The vague language here is a common tactic used in other scams to lure users without committing to verifiable details.
Please remember that the Nomy card is yet another strategy to continue the Cryptonomy/Nomy Ponzi scheme. So don’t give your hard-earned funds to these scammers because they won’t hesitate to steal it all.
